SwiftInbox AI provides AI-powered email management solutions, including:

  • Google Workspace Add-on: AI-powered email categorization, summarization, and reply generation
  • Website Services: Information, waitlist management, and customer support
  • Related Services: Documentation, support, and additional features

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

3.1 Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use our Service
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into agreements
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3.2 Account Requirements

  • Website Users: No account required for basic website access
  • Add-on Users: Valid Google Workspace account required
  • Waitlist: Valid email address required for waitlist participation

3.3 Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use our Service for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our technology

5.2 Pro Tier (Coming Soon)

  • Features: Unlimited AI summaries, priority processing
  • Limits: No daily limits on AI features
  • Support: Email support

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.2 AI-Generated Content

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on AI suggestions

8.3 General Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Liability Limits

IN NO EVENT SHALL SwiftInbox AI BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
  • DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM

9.2 Essential Purpose

These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and are fundamental to the agreement between us.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SwiftInbox AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your content or data

11. Termination

You may stop using our Service at any time by:

  • Cancelling your subscription (if applicable)
  • Deleting your account
